Solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia C-1408/00.
La Corte decidió RECHAZAR por improcedente la precitada petición.
Además de lo anterior, se recordó que la providencia en mención fue dictada en ejercicio del control abstracto de constitucionalidad, de la cual no se derivan obligaciones específicas para las autoridades; y que la Corporación es un cuerpo jurisdiccional y no consultivo, por lo que carece de competencia para resolver dudas o interrogatorios que formulen los ciudadanos o para esclarecer el sentido de las sentencias que profiere.
